SAP systems that are directly connected to SAP must use a technical communication user. This must be applied for separately from SAP. It is also necessary to update the ST-PI and ST-A/P add-ons. See the SAP FAQ on this topic.

We successfully completed the 200,000 chat this year the week before last. We talk to our customers in over 5,000 chats a week. We expect this to increase as many of our customers have not yet discovered the real-time support channels for themselves. In addition, awards are a good way for customers to get a neutral rating. We are proud that ASP, the Association of Support Professionals, has awarded us the Top 10 Support Web Site Award.
Hosting Support Services
Your SAP® systems are mission-critical, must be readily available and function smoothly. However, no software solution is technically always trouble-free.

There, more than 100 SAP and ITIL certified employees are available to protect their customers' mission-critical processes and support their users - flexibly and 24/7, if required. The support offer includes a wide range of SAP solutions and modules, including SAP ERP and S/4HANA with various modules (including SD, MM, QM, PP, LE), EWM or TM. Regular support is offered in German and English - scalable up to 24/7 - but support is available in many other languages if required.

Some missing SAP support functions in the standard are supplied by the PC application "Shortcut for SAP Systems".
