SAP Business ByDesign is explicitly targeted at medium-sized enterprises. As a complete ERP solution, the system includes large parts of process optimisation. It is often difficult to keep track of them, especially at the beginning. Therefore, we are available as SAP partners for any questions and requirements.
We also offer our customers our proprietary tool for monitoring SAP systems free of charge. This tool controls over 200 key figures 24 hours a day and allows us to detect and eliminate faults before they affect users' work.

You will also receive detailed information about the message task in SAP Solution Manager and a description of the message task outside of our business hours.

As part of the VAR (Value Added Reseller) Support Model, we process the support messages created by the end user.
