SAP Support Backbone Update - What's next?
Today, business-critical processes are happening more and more in real time. Consequently, we have decided to take fundamentally new paths: We therefore also offer real-time support, in direct interaction with our support experts, via chat or phone. Feedback on classic messages can already be received by customers in real time as SMS directly to their mobile phone. Customers prefer to help with questions directly in the application they use. We therefore integrate support directly into our products with Built-in Support.

Scope of SAP Support Services: The following services are included with SAP Support. These can of course be expanded and customised as needed.

As part of the introduction of the SAP S4/HANA system, we will be at your service for your assistance with questions about SAP. Service management will be the one-stop-shop for any type of enquiry regarding the various SAP modules. There, the employees are available as a service from the Go-Live of the respective application and clarify problems, enquiries etc..

We also support our customers in Application Lifecycle Management. The SAP Solution Manager is available for on-premise focused customers. For customers with a cloud orientation, we are creating an additional option with SAP Cloud ALM. With SAP Cloud ALM, SAP plans a cloud-based application lifecycle management offering that can help manage customers’ cloud solutions requirements.
