Any support request that we receive will only be completed after positive feedback from the user. The solution of each problem serves as the basis for another knowledge base entry for this project / solution.

Because the IT department quickly lost a noticeable amount of pressure thanks to Salt Solutions' extensive SAP expertise, support was quickly expanded. In June 2018, Salt also took over support for SAP BW in Wuppertal. Other sites added: in June 2018 the plant in Bergisch Gladbach, and at the end of 2018 the site in China.
What does this mean in detail?
If required, we can already provide first-level support for your IT landscape. On request with our German consultants or through our Nearshore cooperation partner, we solve simple problems reliably, quickly and sustainably - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The SAP Support Portal provides customers and partners with support-related news and features, as well as help and context for support applications, services and offerings. This allows you to access core tasks, critical updates, and all SAP Live Support channels anytime, anywhere, and from any device.

With "Shortcut for SAP Systems", a tool is available to help your SAP support with troubleshooting.

Our task does not end with the implementation of the IT solution.

Technical support includes: Technical Incident Handling - urgent support if SAP's stability or performance is impaired / Technical services on-demand / System check-up on demand.
